The location of this place was fantastic, situated in the heart of the action, and having a refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware in the apartment was a nice touch.

We had a nice time during our romantic getaway. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us. The size of the rooms was impressive, and we enjoyed the great pool. the location was superb, as it was close to the beach and rivers, allowing us to have a diverse selection of activities.

We had a few issues. The air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the rooms effectively, and we had no coffee or coffee maker in the room.

The breakfast is a pleasant experience, and the cleaning of the rooms, as well as the bathrooms, is outstanding. In addition to that, you can explore the surroundings through the attentive guided tours.

The hotel could work on improving the variety of snacks and drinks at the bar.

The hotel had a pretty good location which made it easy to access a lot of tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. They had a really good breakfast which was included in the room rate and the wi-fi signal was strong.

The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't strong enough to cool the entire space. the lack of sponge, dish soap, and coffee in the room was disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the top-notch service at Oasi Encantada - Beach Resort. The staff, including the general manager Antonio, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and the bartender Ever made the best drinks I've ever had. The pool was beautiful and perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
